Hong Kong Sailing Federation

The Hong Kong Sailing Federation (HKSF), formerly Hong Kong Yachting Association, is the national authority for the sport of sailing in Hong Kong. It ensures that yacht racing in Hong Kong is run fairly in accordance with international rules. It publishes the international Racing Rules of Sailing, including the Hong Kong prescriptions, which are invariably referred to in all regatta sailing instructions. It decides on Appeals against Protest Committee decisions or questions on the Racing Rules.
