This week at Chirp, the official Twitter developer conference, co-founder Ev Williams shared some revealing facts and figures about users and growth. Check out some of the tantalizing Twitter tidbits:

• Twitter now boasts 105,779,710 registered users.
• 300,000 new users sign up each day.
• The site brings in 180 million unique visitors each month.
• 75% of Twitter traffic comes from outside the site (i.e. third-party apps)
• Twitter’s search engine handles about 600 million search queries each day.
• Twitter has gone from 25 employees to 175 over the past year.
