Pamfleet is responsible for the re-positioning and on-going asset management of these properties.On the residential front, Pamfleet/MSREF own a 10-unit residential apartment block in Happy Valley, which is under renovation, and 72 apartments in the New Territories, which will be re-decorated and sold individually.Pamfleet and MSREF partnered again in 2006 to purchase two prime Hong Kong office buildings that were surplus to their former owner-occupiers' requirements. 139 Queen's Road Central (91,000 sq. ft.) was acquired from DBS Bank with a 3-year leaseback, and the Hang Seng Building, 77 Des Voeux Road Central (260,000 sq. ft.) was bought from Hang Seng Bank for HK$2.258 billion. This property will be comprehensively re-positioned to improve the rental returns from its office and retail components.
